Take a safari in Africa and enjoy a romantic exotic holiday
If you’re looking to try something new, exotic and amazing it’s time for you to go on a safari to Kenya.
Imagine the two of you exploring, just like Jewel of the Nile, lions, crocodiles, quiet evenings where all you can see are stars and hear the animals in the distance. Could it get any more romantic?!
There are so many options and packages to choose from, but for now we’re going to explore a thirteen day safari to Kenya by Exotic Safaris .
On your first day, you’ll be arriving in Jkia, Nairobi, where you will be welcomed warmly with flower garlands. You will stay at Sarova Panafric, a luxurious city hotel that offers fine African dining and a sparkling swimming pool.
The next day you will leave Nairobi and be chauffeured to Mara, and have a stopover before proceeding to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve where there is a high abundance of game-particularly predators. You can take a swim in the pool or explore the massive lodge. When evening arrives, you will take a drive to catch a glimpse of Africa’s many majestic creatures, such as the lion, hyena, elephant, cheetah and giraffe. Then you will enjoy a romantic African dinner and entertainment before retiring to your luxurious room.
After a restful sleep and filling buffet breakfast, you will spend the day on an adventurous drive to search for hippos, crocodiles and wildebeests at the Mara River.
Then you will take in the culture and lifestyle of the Maasai people in their village, who live harmoniously with the wildlife, before taking another drive to find any animals you may have missed so far. Then you will relax with dinner, entertainment and a night of quiet serenity in your cozy room, but this stage you might both be a bit weary so it’s time to give each other a romantic all over body massage.
On day four, you will travel through Kilgoris town and visit the Soapstone mining quarries of Tabaka where you will get to watch carvers create their beautiful soapstone sculptures. As evening falls, you will travel to Kisii Town and be a guest at the Mash Park Hotel.
Your fifth day of exploration will take you to the pineapple and banana plantations of Keumbu before stopping at Kakamega to see the Crying Stone. Here, you will learn all about the folklore behind the weeping rock.
Then you will dine and enjoy a romantic overnight stay at the Rondo Retreat Center.
Day six will be spent in Kakamega where you will see the many rare species of botanical orchids, butterflies and birds of the forest and visit the local villages. You will spend your last night at the Rondo Retreat Center.

There you will see the beautiful hot water springs before returning to your hotel overnight. Why don’t you treat your partner with a bottle of bubbly in the bath and see where the night takes you?
On day eight you will leave the exotic shores of Bogoria and travel to Lake Nakuru National Park, which is famous for its exotic flamingos, Black and White Rhinos, leopards and Rothschild’s Giraffe. You will dine and sleep at Sarova Lion Hills or Lake Nakuru Lodge.
On the ninth day of your exotic safari, you will leave for Lake Naivasha before leaving for the Hells Gate National Park, which is known for its great hiking, rock climbing and bird watching. You will go one last game drive before driving to the Samburu/Shaba/Buffalo Springs Game Reserves where you will find the rarest species in Kenya, including Gary’s Zebra, Generuk Birds, Beisa Oryx and Reticulated Giraffe. You will have a game drive enroute to the lodge and later embark on another game tour so you can view the elephants, buffalo and lions before returning to Samburu Sopa Lodge retreat.
